Full Disclosure: We’re Celebrating Mardi Gras Early!

 

Ever wonder why our holiday festivities are always before or after the actual event? It is because we are chefs and we work nights and weekends and holidays.

So, it should be no surprise that the Chefs de Cuisine 2019 Chef of the Year Dinner will also be our Mardi Gras celebration. It all happens Monday, February 25th, 6-9:30 PM, at the Handlery Hotel, 950 Hotel Circle North in Mission Valley.

Enjoy the Beads, Masks, King Cakes, Hurricane Cocktails, fantastic Opportunity Baskets, Raffles and Silent Auction items. Plus, see the Chef of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, Purveyor of the Year and an array of awards for outstanding achievement.

This is our biggest annual fundraiser and features fabulous entrees, delectable desserts and everything except the parade.

$70 – Register and Pay, February 9 through February 22nd
